QUICK-TURN PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING DONE RIGHT
There are many design innovators, like you, who are looking for that same level of manufacturing quality and trust for their NPI prototype builds—just completed faster. At DMTech Systems, this is exactly what our prototyping service provides..
When we receive your design at DMTech Systems, it will immediately go to our engineering department. We first run it through our standard review, to make sure your design is fully manufacturable. Then, if any changes are required, our engineering team is ready to work with you to resolve these problems—or even do the redesign for you.

Our team is equally skilled in design for assembly requirements. We are able to spot those components whose placement might yield assembly problems due to spacing or rotation errors. Catching and correcting these problems before the board goes into production will ensure that the board can be reliably and consistently assembled.
DMTech Systems Rapid PCBA Manufacturing Process for Your Quick-Turn Prototypes
What sets our prototyping service apart is how we fast-track your project through our manufacturing process so you can get your board back within days while still maintaining all certified quality processes.
Our engineering team works with you during the review process so that any potential manufacturing issues can be resolved immediately. Typical DFM review will identify end-of-life (EOL) components, layout enhancements, opportunities to maximize manufacturing efficiencies, and potential test strategies.
Our materials requirement planning team goes to work in tandem with the engineering review. Our NPI coordinator starts purchasing materials immediately, and works with our component engineers on solutions to mitigate any parts issues that may impact your prototype build. Our engineers partner with you on any design changes that are needed in order to accommodate new components.
Bare board fab (Gerber) files are immediately reviewed by DMTech Systems to get the quickest start on board fabrication. After approval, they’re sent directly to one of our local PCB fabrication partners. We partner with multiple quick-turn PCB vendors who meet our stringent standards for quality and reliability—as well as our timeline.
On our manufacturing floor, the dedicated prototype specialist assigned to your project walks your board through each step of the PCB assembly. From there, the specialist will continue the fast-track process, guiding your board through inspection and testing.
With our rapid NPI process, your conceptualized assembly is quickly completed and ready for delivery—in most cases, your product will be hand-delivered by your dedicated NPI specialist. We will provide a documentation package that includes all applicable notes, ECOs, as-built drawings, test certifications and results, and any other relevant documents.
